  • The company is led by the two Co-Founders (Chief Executive and Chairman, respectivey), who play an active role in the business and lead all operational activity.
  • As the company’s Principal Consultant and Chief Partner, our CEO is a seasoned research, strategy and Market Intelligence expert and Chartered Marketer professional, with over 20 years of conducting, analysing and evaluating consumer data and insights to derive brand, market and strategic value creation.
  • Having lived, studied and worked in multiple countries, including UK, Nigeria, South Africa and Lesotho, she is well versed in collecting cross-cultural and cross-border insights and nuances, and conducting functional marketing and research activity in any mergers & acquisitions process.
  • She has experience in spearheading and participating in single and multiple country market entry and market sizing surveys across the African continent, Europe, Asia, Middle East and Latin America, as well as conducting due diligence analysis on acquisitions and joint venture projects.
  • An information-driven strategist, her experience covers both Qualitative and Quantitative research, as well as Corporate and Business strategy development.
  • She has been involved in numerous studies across various disciplines, in industries such as FMCG (food, beverages, home and personal care), banking, automotive, tourism, airlines, advertising, telecommunications, hospitality and government.
  • She holds a number of Executive positions under her belt from corporate multinationals, market research companies and advertising agencies; she is also an experienced public speaker at global conferences and a Spiritual Counsellor. She also serves on a number of Boards and Board Committees of Listed and non-Listed companies.
